Apex Golf and Sports Psychology (AGSP) offers a unique approach to enhancing performance in both golf and athletics. With over 20 years of experience, founder Wil Mouer has developed proven methods to help athletes improve their skills and mental strength. AGSP offers personalized golf lessons for all skill levels, as well as sports psychology sessions designed to develop mental resilience, improved focus, relaxation, and strategic mental strength conditioning. Whether on the green or in the field, AGSP equips athletes with the tools needed to unlock their full potential, combining physical training with mental strategies to achieve peak performance.
Wil has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Liberty University. This educational experience along with years of coaching various sports such as golf, basketball and soccer gives Wil the ability to identify with a wide range of athletes. Wil is also a professional golf instructor and teaches golf lessons through traditional outdoor venues and indoor launch monitor technology spaces. Wil's strength is in helping golfers to achieve a repeatable, powerful swing along with a mental strategy to overcome any obstacle.
